Honest Medical’s Waste Problem

Honest Medical generates significant waste, from packaging waste like cardboard boxes, plastic wrap, and packing materials to pharmaceutical waste – from expired or damaged medications and supplies. 

In total, they were producing 1,000 pounds of excess materials every month. 

To make matters more complicated, the range of pharmaceutical and medical waste materials they were producing made disposing of these items more complex and more expensive.

Limited warehouse space further complicated their inventory management, leading to disrupted operations.
