Turning Unwanted Sanitizer into a Beneficial Reuse Opportunity

In Puerto Rico, Happen Ventures had the opportunity to help a customer who had a surplus of unwanted sanitizer stored in their warehouse. The customer reached out to us for assistance in disposing of the sanitizer in a responsible manner.

Happen Ventures quickly responded to the request and sent a team to remove the sanitizer safely and efficiently. However, instead of simply disposing of the sanitizer, our team recognized that it could be beneficially reused to help those in need.

We worked with local charities and organizations that serve people in need to donate unwanted sanitizer. This donation gave them access to essential hygiene products during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic.

But our efforts didn’t stop there. Happen Ventures staff also provided training sessions for those who received the donations, helping them learn proper techniques when using the sanitizer in their everyday lives. This not only ensured that the sanitizer was being used effectively but also helped promote good hygiene practices within the community.
