Happen Ventures is all about making a difference where it counts. Our latest movie? Giving a huge boost to our local Little League soccer team, and let me tell you, it’s been a total game-changer.
Community sports teams are the heart and soul of our neighborhoods, giving kids a place to play, learn, and grow. But these teams often struggle to get by. They need support and resources to thrive, and here’s the reality check: they’re always short on funds, proper sanitation can be pricey, many kids don’t have the equipment they need, and families, despite doing their best, often can’t provide everything.
Seeing these challenges, we knew we had to step in and make a real impact. So, we decided to go all-in and help these young athletes shine. First up, we donated a truckload of sanitizer. Keeping the kids safe and healthy during games is a top priority, and having enough sanitizer means the kids can focus on playing their hearts out without worrying about germs.
Next, we sponsored their uniforms. There’s nothing like new gear to lift spirits and build team pride. The kids were absolutely thrilled to get fresh, matching uniforms. Now, they look sharp, feel confident, and have a renewed sense of unity and team spirit.
The impact has been tremendous. The team now has the supplies to stay clean and healthy, and they’re rocking new uniforms with pride. For many kids from low-income households, this support means they can focus on playing their best without worrying about the basics. But we’re not stopping here. We know there’s more work to be done, and we’re calling on our amazing community to join us in this effort.
