About Happen Ventures

Reuse first.
Landfill last.

Happen Ventures is a LatinX-led, women-owned zero-waste services company. We sit between Fortune 100 logistics operations and the materials those operations would otherwise throw away — pulling product back into reuse, donation, or resale before it ever reaches a landfill. Certified NWBOC/MWBE, we serve enterprise operations across all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico — and worldwide wherever our clients operate — and are an Amazon vendor built to keep usable goods in service.

Who we are

Award-winning.
Reuse-first.

Founded and headquartered in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Happen Ventures has grown into a worldwide operator serving Fortune 100 warehouses, major retailers, hotel groups, and stadiums — with an active presence in every single U.S. state, Puerto Rico, and service that reaches across the globe.

We are a proud Amazon Vendor, a WBENC-certified Women-Owned Business, NGLCC-certified LGBTBE, MBE Certified, and SBE Certified. Our work has been featured in Forbes, Inc., HuffPost, and Waste360.

Landfill
The problem

Most of what ends up here
didn't have to.

Every day, warehouses and retailers pay premium rates to incinerate products that are still 60%+ usable. Shampoos, cleaning supplies, pallets, PPE, chemicals — thrown away because nobody built the system to recover them.

We built that system. Reuse first — repair, refurbish, rewash. Then resell. Then donate. Then recycle. Landfill is the option of last resort — not the default.

We show up.
We document everything.

Every pickup is photo-documented. Every pound is weighed on certified scales. Every manifest is filed. Our crews are bonded, trained, and integrated with ServiceChannel — so you get 1-hour response across all 50 states.

And after the truck leaves, the data flows into your Impact Dashboard automatically. Site by site. Stream by stream. In real time.

The people who
make it happen.

A focused core team backed by a vetted network of crews, drivers, and thousands of nonprofit partners — with a presence in every U.S. state, Puerto Rico, and service that reaches worldwide. We scale to your footprint, not ours, so a single pickup and a 500-site rollout get the same operation behind them.
